About TIC-80
Everything happens inside a pretend machine with hard limits: a 240x136 screen, 16 colours, 256 sprites of 8x8 pixels and four sound channels. You write games in Lua, MoonScript, JavaScript, Ruby, Wren, Fennel, Squirrel, Janet or Python, and make the graphics, maps, sound effects and music in the built-in editors. There's a command line too.
A finished game is a single cartridge file that plays on any TIC-80, and people share theirs on the TIC-80 website.
