About SaveSync
You need SaveSyncd running on another device. Put its IP and port in the settings, then upload saves and extdata to it or pull them back down. Buttons and touch both work.
Uploading never changes anything on the 3DS. The author says the app is fairly new and recommends backing up your saves before you use download. It's meant for a local network and HTTPS hasn't been tried.
The first start is slow, and so is the next one after new titles are installed. HOME, sleep and closing the app are blocked while a transfer is running. The last five logs are kept in /3ds/SaveSync/logs.
