With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Save it to sdmc:/3ds/.

Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy save-data-copy-tool.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About save-data-copy-tool
Insert the game card, run it, choose where the save should go. It copies cartridge to digital or digital to cartridge, and doesn't wipe the source save.
The target game doesn't have to be started first. The tool formats its save using the same settings as the source. The author's own instructions end with "and hope it works".

WARNING: This is in development. It can go wrong. You are responsible for making backups. This does not make its own backup of the target save currently.
