With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Then open the .zip in 3dsDL's Files and extract it where the release notes say.

About OmniSpeak-3DS
David Gow's Omnispeak rebuilds Commander Keen in Goodbye Galaxy, episodes 4 to 6, to match the DOS games down to the bugs. DOS savegames load in it. This is RetroGamer02's 3DS build.
You need the data from your own copy. It takes Keen 4, 5 and 6 v1.4 EGA and Keen 6 v1.5 EGA. The Steam and GOG releases are v1.4, and so is the Keen 4 shareware. Other versions, CGA and v1.0 among them, will likely crash.
Copy the GAMEMAPS, EGAGRAPH and AUDIO files (GAMEMAPS.CK4 for Keen 4, and so on) into the same folder as Omnispeak, with the matching files from its data folder. Keen 6 owners need to know their version: the start-up screen shows it, and v1.4 takes keen6e14 while v1.5 takes keen6e15.

I have remade the port with the current upstream source code so there is countless bug fixes.
The best new feature is limited mod support.
I have bundled keen 4 and the pre converted mod Keen7 so there is no need to download the files for them yourself.
