Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About NTR-HR
A fork of cell9's NTR cut down to wireless streaming and plugin loading. It encodes on up to three cores, which by the author's numbers is 80 to 120 percent faster than NTR 3.6, and the stream keeps going when you switch games. Use it with Snickerstream, Chokistream, another NTR viewer, or the companion NTRViewer-HR on the PC.
Streaming needs a New 3DS or New 2DS. On an Old 3DS it manages 3 to 7 fps. DS, DSiWare and GBA games can't be streamed. You need a recent Luma3DS or it crashes. Use the non-Mode3 build on a New 3DS.
Press X+Y for the NTR-HR menu: viewer IP and port, Remote Play, an NFC patch that stops Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon hanging, a switch to turn off 3D head tracking for speed, and chroma subsampling. The author suggests a quality of 75 to 90 in the viewer, and a Wi-Fi access point used only by the 3DS with the PC on Ethernet. Some games won't stream, and some cheat plugins hang when you start another game.
