JK's Save Manager: back up, restore and erase 3DS save data
Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:
Send to 3dsDL Not working?
Other ways to install
From your SD card: copy JKSM.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

L and R switch between the kinds of save data and the settings page. Pick a title with the D-Pad and press A to open it.
- A on "New Backup": make a backup and name it with the keyboard
- A on an existing backup: overwrite it
- Y: restore the backup
- X: delete the backup
- B: close the title
- X on a title: extras like erasing its save data and exporting or importing secure values
- Select: set your Play Coins to any number
- Start: quit
The author says this version is a work-in-progress rewrite, partly backported from the Switch version, and may have bugs and crashes. ZIP support only half works for now.
