Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About GYTB
Put 64x64 PNGs in the badges folder and run it. Each one becomes a badge named after its file name, up to the first dot, and bigger images like 64x128 get split into several. It handles up to 1000 at a time. To make a badge that opens a system app, put that app's TIDLow between the first and second dots in the file name.
You don't need to have run Badge Arcade first, but you do need firmware 9.3 or newer. Your official badges stay, but opening Badge Arcade afterwards wipes the custom ones. If you get a yellow screen, download Badge Arcade and run GYTB again. There's no way to sort badges into categories.
