Method 1Scan the QR code
With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Save it to sdmc:/3ds/.

Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:
Send to 3dsDL
It saves to 3dsDL's Download Folder (Settings), so set that to sdmc:/3ds/ first. Updating? Use Method 1: Send keeps the old file next to the new one.

Other ways to install

From your SD card: copy gridlauncher.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.

About GridLauncher

A continuation of GridLauncher, first made by mashers and others. This version takes out the ninjhax code, runs on modern CFW and builds against current libctru.

Pick an app with the D-Pad, Circle Pad or touch screen and press A, or tap it again. Start reboots to the HOME Menu. The help pages are behind the question mark icon in the top right.

GridLauncher 140 (End of The Line)

We have achieved our goal of fixing and making GridLauncher usable once again. As a result, this will be the last major release of GridLauncher. Future updates will consist of small improvements and bug fixes.

Changes:

  • Migrate rendering to Citro2D
  • Support DSiWare titles in title browser (animated icons!)
  • Fix issue where .3dsx files inside subfolders of /3ds/ wouldn't have their SMDH metadata loaded
  • Make the bubble animation always remain inside the water.
  • Added better fallback descriptions for .3dsx files without SMDH metadata
  • Easter egg
