Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy DrawAttack.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About DrawAttack
Pick a server from the list and draw against other players. There's a colour picker, and X opens the chat log.
Voice chat over the microphone works in the CIA build. With the .3dsx you can hear other players but probably can't talk, the author says.
The menus are translated into German, Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch.

Fixed a couple 1.2 bugs, upped version to force users to update and minimizing client crashing.
Changed keyboard to process key on touch (instead of release) for more reliable response. And also added key repeating when holding a key.
