About Cthulhu
An open source stand-in for some of Nintendo's dev unit software, with extras. It clears your play time and step history, clears or edits the software library in the Activity Log, and clears, rebuilds or restores both the shared icon cache and the HOME Menu icon cache.
It also unwraps (or re-wraps) gift-wrapped software on the HOME Menu, stops installed games asking for updates, clears game notes, swaps the eShop music for your own, sets Play Coins to 300 and changes the accepted EULA version. Setting the EULA to FF.FF helps with out-of-region online play. It can also make the console boot into Test Menu, which needs the UNITINFO patch and Test Menu installed.
It runs in extended memory mode, because the HOME Menu icon cache can't be touched while HOME Menu is running. Clearing or updating that cache may remove sdiconhax (menuhax 3.x).
