Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Then open the .zip in 3dsDL's Files and extract it where the release notes say.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

About CS3DS
CSPSP is a top-down shooter modelled on Counter-Strike that started out on the PSP. This port is still an alpha. It has sound and a first go at online play: make an account or use an existing one, then pick a server and join a match.
The data files go in /3ds/cspsp/ for both the .3dsx and the CIA. Sound in the CIA needs a DSP dump. L+R+Down+B quits, which is the way out if it freezes while registering an account. Sign in again afterwards.
