Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy Canary.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About Canary3DS
Plays mp3, flac, m4a, aac, wav, opus and vorbis. Songs go into a queue, playlists are saved as plain m3u files, and you can shuffle and loop. It keeps playing through headphones with the lid shut and pauses when you pull them out.
Embedded cover art shows up, and you can set your own art for a playlist. Speed and pitch can be changed separately, and there's an offline scrobbler log.
- R twice: play or pause
- R three times: next song
- L three times: previous song
- Start: quit
In the file browser, A plays a song or opens a folder, B goes up a level, X opens the context menu and Y switches to the player. On the player screen, tap the seek bar or use left and right on the D-Pad to skip through a song.
