budgieSSH changelog

No real functionality changes but the code has been split into multiple files and is generally much cleaner than before. Still more work to be done but this paves the way to actually adding features and making functionality better.

attempted to add debugging by building libssh2 again with debugging enabled and adding the debug trace function in the main function. May or may not change nothing.

Also pubkey code changed and should work. I couldn't get it to work for me though :P
