Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy Battery_mark_for_3DS.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About Battery_mark_for_3DS
Runs a battery test and graphs the level, temperature and voltage as it goes. Results are saved to the notification list and to sdmc:/Battery_mark/result/ as a CSV file and a JPG of the graph. The online ranking shows how your battery compares, in the app or on the author's web page.
The test changed in version 2.0.0, so results from older versions can't be compared with newer ones.
