Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy AzaharArticSetup.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About Artic Setup Tool
Run it on your 3DS and press A to start. Then in Azahar go to File, Set Up System Files and type in the IP address shown on the console.
Azahar gets System Settings and the NIM sysmodule from the console so it can do a system update, and your console's unique data so online features work in the emulator. It needs Luma3DS 13.3.1 or newer.
