Install on your 3DS
Method 1Scan the QR code
With FBI (Remote Install › Scan QR Code) or 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Either one installs it.
Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:

From your SD card: copy Anemone3DS.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.
Send can't find your 3DS? Type the address 3dsDL shows on Receive, then press Send.

About Anemone3DS
Installs HOME Menu themes, shuffle sets of up to ten themes, boot splashes and badges. A theme can go on without its music, or you can take only the music. Themes and splashes can be previewed first, background music included. Boot splashes need Luma3DS.
Themes go in a Themes folder on the SD card, as zips or folders, and splashes go in a Splashes folder. You can also get them from inside the app, through the built-in ThemePlaza browser or by scanning a QR code with the camera.
Badges install with their sets and set icons, and you can dump the badges you already have. The first time you install badges it backs up the badge data. It can also dump the theme that's on the HOME Menu now, for example one you installed as a CIA, so it shows up in the list with the rest.
The menus are in English, French, Portuguese and Spanish.

- Dumping badges with illegal characters now works as expected
