Install on your 3DS

Method 1Scan the QR code
With 3dsDL (Scan QR Code). Save it to sdmc:/3ds/.

Method 2Send it to your 3DS
Open 3dsDL › Receive on the same Wi-Fi, then press:
Send to 3dsDL
It saves to 3dsDL's Download Folder (Settings), so set that to sdmc:/3ds/ first. Updating? Use Method 1: Send keeps the old file next to the new one.

Other ways to install

From your SD card: copy ParentalUnlock.3dsx into /3ds/ and start it from the Homebrew Launcher.

About 3DS-ParentalUnlock

It resets the parental controls data inside the console's config save, and that clears both. Run it once and they're gone.

It needs custom firmware to get at that save.
