About 3ds-httpd

Start it and point a browser at the console. Each path does its own job:

- /sdcard/ returns a file from the SD card, starting at the root, or a 404 if it isn't there
- /system/exit closes the app and /system/reboot restarts the console
- /readmem/ and /writemem/ read and write system memory
- /crypt/ runs the console's own AES encryption and decryption
- / and /favicon.ico just return a fixed page and icon

The author warns about the memory handler: you're more likely to crash your 3DS than anything else. For how the memory and crypto paths work, read the source.
