Overview
This is the PlayStation 3 version of the popular SEGA 8-bit and 16-bit console emulator, PicoDrive. It can run games developed for most consumer hardware released by SEGA, up to and including the 32X:

* 16 bit systems: Mega Drive/Genesis, Sega/Mega CD, 32X, Pico
* 8 bit systems: SG-1000, SC-3000, Master System/Mark III, Game Gear

PS3 Port Features
* High-Performance Audio Engine: Dedicated 48 kHz stereo audio thread with smooth dynamic buffer drift tracking for both 60 Hz (NTSC) and 50 Hz (PAL) titles without stuttering or crackling.
* Sega 32X PWM Sound Fixes: Full PWM sound emulation with optimized IRQ handling (POPT_PWM_IRQ_OPT), buffer-wrap protection, and calibrated mix headroom.
* Hardware-Accelerated RSX / SDL2 Video: Smooth bilinear filtering, integer scaling, 4:3 aspect ratio, widescreen mode, and native 5× centered scaling for Game Gear games.
* Integrated ROM Browser: Fast file selector supporting /dev_hdd0/picodrive/roms, /dev_hdd0/game/PICO00001/USRDIR/roms, and external USB storage (/dev_usb000, /dev_usb001).
* DualShock 3 Controls:
- D-Pad / Left Stick: Directional Controls
- Cross / Square / Circle: B / A / C (or 6-button mappings)
- Triangle: Switch renderer / display mode
- Start: Start button
- Select: In-game Emulator Menu
- L1 / R1: Quick Save / Load State
- PS Button: Clean exit to XMB with SysUtil event handling.
